After meeting with several companies in the Dallas area, we chose Dal-Rich Construction to complete a large outdoor-living area as well as the enclosure of an existing patio.  Todd Lueke, the President and Creative Director, was wonderful to work with. Todd’s creative mind and attention to detail made the choice an easy one. We gave him some thoughts and guidelines when describing what we wanted to accomplish with the addition and he returned with an amazing plan and firm price.  The entire experience of working with the Dal-Rich team was great. The workers were wonderful to have around and Todd managed all stages very well. He was always easy to contact and was often present during the project. His artistic eye was also an asset. He made sure that his plans for our new living areas reflected our love of nature and organic/southwest design.

We are very happy with our new deck and refreshed patio area. Jeff Ellis helped us understand what was possible, suggested some improvements we never thought of, and was indispensable in getting HOA approval.

After the project began, Jeff kept us up to date, and Abel and Pedro did yeoman's work. (They were fast, too.) Our project was complicated because of café lights and other add-ons that required electricians. But the hand-off process between Dal-Rich and Dallas Landscape Lighting was smooth and streamlined.
